I'm trying to find out my NEAT but all the calculators want me to say if I'm sedentary, lightly active.. etc. sedentary says you spend most of your day sitting down(desk job), while lightly active says you spend your day mostly on your feet (teacher). I'm not sure which one I would be! I'm a college student so I walk about 7000-10000 steps a day but I do spend a good part of the day sitting in class or doing homework. and I am a waitress 2 or 3 times a week. I work out 5 times a week, lifting 5 times and cardio 1 time. Would I be lightly active or sedentary?

If you are not logging your exercise separately, I'd pick active. If you are logging exercise separately, I'd pick lightly active. Those are starting points. Evaluate after four weeks and adjust from there.

NEAT by definition does not include exercise. Id suggest lightly active. Just use mfp to get your number, it uses NEAT.
