You will always get trolls that tell you, that you cant. People will be against you. Shoving there opinion and different views at you. This is a battlefield. Your mind Is the battlefield. Pick yourself up. Think about all the weight you lost without all there " advice". you can do it. Keep pushing my loves. :)

I would be eating and doing well all through the day. But usually when the clock strikes 9pm, I would start craving white bread, ice cream and a whole lot of carbs. The hardest part about eating healthy and being on a weight loss journey is reconditioning your mind.
