Day 3 I am trying to be mindful for what I am eating and write everything down. It’s day 3 and I mentally feel more conscious of telling myself to reach for the healthier foods and natural sweets. Getting exercise in is an issue so I need to start putting myself first.

I’ve been using MFP for about 23 days now and finding it really does help. I can eat what I want, always trying to be healthy of course, but if I slip, and have a few Doritos’ the app figures it in and reminds me of my daily goals letting me know I didn’t really do that bad, continue with the good.
