Love this App

I’ve been using MFP for about 23 days now and finding it really does help. I can eat what I want, always trying to be healthy of course, but if I slip, and have a few Doritos’ the app figures it in and reminds me of my daily goals letting me know I didn’t really do that bad, continue with the good.
I’ve lost about 10 pounds so far because I was overeating before.
Trying to add in more exercise. I need to lose 15 pounds. Love being a member of this community!
