Currently , 6'2 215. Bodyfat is 11.8%, but been stuck for 2 months. Thoughts on successful ways to lower percent below 10?
6'2 Male. Started at 255 in late November. Down 40lbs to 215 today. Time to set new goals. Journey was 99% nutrition. 3 lifts a week and zero cardio.
6'2, Male 30's. Started at 255 November 28th, down to 221 this morning. Goal is 205. Counting macros, total calories. Lifting 3 days a week. No cardio to this point. Nutrition 40% protein, 30-40% Fats, remaining Carbs depending on the day and needs.
