Down 40lbs today

6'2 Male. Started at 255 in late November. Down 40lbs to 215 today. Time to set new goals. Journey was 99% nutrition. 3 lifts a week and zero cardio.

    Thank you. Yes, 20 weeks. Focused on total calories and Macros. For the most part, cut down on carbs, adjusted a meal based on the before meal, and a little intermediate fasting when convenient. And always keeping protein sources close by when traveling or missing a meal/snack.
