MFP is ignoring my stated goals
In the guided goals section, I tell it I want to lose 1kg a week. I click continue, and it tells me instead that I will lose 0.6kg a week. It also gives me calorie numbers for exercises. But this is an unknown number. Until I do the exercises, how can it put a number in there? It's making stuff up.

In the app, can I make the home page my current diary entry?
I don't care one whit about all the blog posts and stupid stuff on the home page of MFP. I just want the first page to be my diary entry so I can just go straight to entering information. Can I do that?

How do I get past my bitterness with previous doctors, trainers, dieticians unable to help?
I has always had trouble losing weight. Classic mesomorph. And 4 years ago really buckled down and logged food in MFP, and tracked calorie usage using Fitbit. With the numbers saying that I was 3500-4000 calories in deficit every week. And over 4 or 5 months saw no change in weight. Nothing. And no one was able to help.…

Does MFP let you create an weight traingin program?
I thought it did, but maybe not. It lets you log exercises in some way, but very crudely. I use a fitbit to track my calories expended, and then other apps to log exercises. But if MFP can't create Weight training programs, then never mind.

How do I stop MFP from saying that I've logged in when I have not?
Presumably the app on my phone is doing it automaticlaly. Because I sure have not logged in for 10 days in a row as it says. And I don't want MFP lying to me or for me.
