Just finished updating my profile for a more up to date level of activity and my calories (recommended) just jumped up 750 a day!
Let's all say hello to the F...ing new guy! Currently sitting at 93kg with around 20% body fat though this is totally estimated. My goals at the moment are to reduce my weight to a steady 90kg, improve body composition, reduce my body fat to around 10% and add strength. Overall I'm less interested addition of muscle mass…
