Shakeology
Shakeology vs other protein shakes. How does it compare with regular protein shakes? Is it worth the price? Any alternatives that are just as effective?

Rest days
Should I restrict my diet on rest days? Lower carb intake, up protein, more vegetables, less calories, etc? I'm doing 30 minutes of yoga and going for a walk today but I don't want to reverse my progress because I'm not doing cardio or lifting.

Fitbit charge 2
So I did my work out last night using my Fitbit for the first time. When I was finished I only burned 108 cal but when I woke up this morning there were 200 extra calories more than my total calories I burn for the day. Was the fit bit late at gathering the calories I burned or do I continue to burn calories after my work…

21 day fix
Anyone doing this workout? I did total cardio fix today and I barley managed to get through it. I did some mods but it was pretty tough! Is anyone taking rest days? I can't imagine working out 7 days a week with these workouts!

Kinda new kinda not
I've had mfp app for a couple years now.. I've never really stayed consistent with it though. I'm determined to stay on track this go around. Are eggs in high quantities bad?
I just started my diet and I'm trying to eat more protein and less carbs. I had 6 eggs yesterday, 2 scrambled and 4 boiled. Is that too much?
