Should I restrict my diet on rest days? Lower carb intake, up protein, more vegetables, less calories, etc? I'm doing 30 minutes of yoga and going for a walk today but I don't want to reverse my progress because I'm not doing cardio or lifting.

as long as you are eating to your calorie goal you dont need to restrict even further. mfp has your deficit built in without exercise.so if you dont work out you wont get extra exercise calories added on.you arent going to reverse your progress unless you are eating over maintenance everyday,and cardio and lifting wont reverse anything it all burns calories.exercise is exercise. you will be fine.lowering carbs will only result in water loss. you dont need to change anything. just eat the calories MFP gave you and all will be fine.2 -

If you're set up with mfp numbers you eat the same amount every day, plus eating back exercise cals.0
