I haven't posted in a few months, only been working out very infrequently. Was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and have had to quit my job. A lot to deal with. But I'm ready to get back to it. Just have to adapt my workouts to my limitations. Would welcome any new friends.

Back Again!
Slacked off for a while but ready to get back to it. Could use some friends & support. Mtn. Biker and former high school girls soccer coach. I think my coaching background prepared me to encourage and motivate.

Any Mtn. Bikers Out There
I've been a member for a while but have slacked off on submitting data. Mtn. biking is my favorite activity but also include some weight training.
