Still keeping the weight off
Hey there, everyone. I lost 102 lbs. in 2017 and have kept it off by continuing to monitor my food intake and recording it on MyFitnessPal. Couldn't or wouldn't have been able to do it without this great app.

6 1/2 months of dieting = success
Left side is what I looked like on New Year's Day. Right side was yesterday. No fad diet, no magic drink, no meal replacement shakes, no pills. Just plain dieting: weighing everything I eat, logging it all, and rarely cheating. 70 lbs. lost. Diets only work when we do.

Only 8 lbs. to go!
57 pounds lost since January 1st of this year. My goal weight is 220, but when I reach it soon I'll probably go ahead and lose another ten or fifteen pounds. Seems to get easier the longer I diet.
