For those who are successfully maintaining while banking calories during the week for the weekend : 1. How much do you bank from Monday-Thursday/Friday? 2. If you bank for a dinner in a restaurant or take out , how do you calculate the calories ( if not available online)?

Strength routine but no gym help!
Hello ! I was recently looking at some recomp routines on MFP and really liked them , especially stronglifts 5x5 However , I cannot afford to go to the gym ( due to money and time ). Anyone has any muscle building routine which I can do at home ? I am willing to buy some non-expensive equipment .

I am realizing that junk food / food which does not have much nutritional value satisfies me more than healthy food.
