I'm in the same boat as you. My lowest weight was 105 lbs but now I am up to 110 lbs and maintaining. I would really love to be 105 lbs again but my calories would be too low both to lose and to maintain :/

I actually find that when I watch something which interests me on TV , I completely forget about eating. Maybe its because you are bored?

When I am losing weight I eat in a 500 calorie deficit. When maintaining , I eat in a deficit during the week and indulge in drinks and pizza and sweets during the weekend. I am working towards maintaining without logging tho and listening to my body. Even when I am in a deficit , I still eat foods I like though.

It all comes down to personal preference. For me , I can't last 5 days eating clean , let alone living my whole life eating clean. But I find CICO pretty easy and sustainable. This. I lost all my weight not by logging calories but by eating the exact same things . The only difference was I ate slower and stopped eating when I felt satisfied. And I eat out 4-6 times per week.

Thank you so much ! Yeah , thats why I am a little obsessed about this , because I lost a good amount of muscle especially in my thighs during the last few months and I am trying to figure out what caused it .

1 thing I want to clarify : I mentioned the chicken wrap and doritos as examples ! Food does not have to be particularly a packet of doritos or a wrap. Basically what I mean : I would rather snack on''junk food'' ( packets ) then eat a good ''healthy meal'' especially during the day.

Yes , thats what I was doing , but I started body recomp now so I have to make healthier and wiser choices and eat more protein.

Sort of , yeah. Like for example : I am happy and satisfied with eating 2 slices of pizza but I go to bed starving if I eat a chicken salad or something else considered 'healthy'.
