Recomp questions

Hello , Excuse my ignorance about the subject as I just started using MFP for recomp and have some questions.
1. Which is more important to look at : Macros or nutrients on MFP when doing recomp ?
2. What should be the macro percentages for recomp ?
3. Should I calculate macros/ nutrients daily or weekly ? As I usually bank calories for the weekend.
4. How do you calculate macros when eating out ?
5. If I do not hit one of my macros , especially protein ,will my training be in vain ?
Hope these questions make sense and thank you in advance .

1. Total calories is most important while making sure you get enough protein.
2. It varies. No one size fits all. Get .8 grams per lb of body weight of protein, .35 grams of fat per lb of body weight, and enough carbs to stay energetic through your workouts.
3. Preference. I bank all the time if I know I'm having a "big" weekend".
4. I don't. I just try to be smart about my choices.
5. No... energy balance and training regimen is 90% of the battle.1 -
