1st week back at it and weight gain
Hi all, I had a 50 lb success loss a few years ago with mfp, have used it pretty consistently since but did gain some weight during the times I wasn’t consistent. Double counting calories with Apple Watch activity?
I have mfp on my watch, set at daily active lifestyle. At the gym I put in calories based upon length of time on the elliptical and what the machine said I burned. Therefore I have only seen a 0.2 weight reduction and will go to weekly weights thereafter to save my sanity. I have seen web based research that has said that once you are overweight or obese the likelihood of returning to a…

Bye bye red wine...
I am a 33 y/o female, 5'4 and about 45 lbs overweight. I am not a greasy food and sweets girl, I do lean towards carbs at times. My big pitfall however is red wine. Sadly to say, stress and boredom caught up to me and over the past few years I have gone to a couple glasses of wine most nights to a bottle or more per night…
