Functioning alcoholic
Alcohol is a major contrbuter to my obesity. That and general lethargy. Trying to cut it out. Doing lots of exercise these last few months - started with a personal trainer, walking a lot and last week got back in the pool. Lost 10kg and feel better in my head and heart.

Struggling to get into ketosis: help!
I have been doing low carb for some time. Often hitting 5% targets for carb intake on a low cal diet. I never get into ketosis. I am also doing strength training twice a week now and walk an hour and a half a day. I'm losing weight slowly. Has anyone got any constructive suggestions or feedback about what might help?

Hi, Simon here. Started again on quest to lose weight - lots of weight - 55kg. Week 1 of actually losing any - low carb, lowish calories. Started walking more, meditation and yoga. Recovering from depression. Trip up over alcohol which has haunted me since as long as I can remember.
