Running and running a deficit.
I've been running a 5k, 3 or 4 times a week (in the evenings), while also eating around 1300 calories most days. However, I'm not seeing much of a weight loss. I'm 13st 10lbs and aiming for a healthy weight of 12st. Does anyone have any ideas about where I'm going wrong?

Anyone else use Runtastic? I signed up for one of the challenges (to run 20km before mid October). I've run about 9km since signing up but it's not logging in the challenge. Anyone know what could be going on here?

Exercise and recovery.
I've been using MFP for 15 weeks to lose weight and been doing well (lost 50 lbs so far). I'm planning to start exercising by doing some bodyweight stuff (push ups, sit ups, triceps dips, etc) 2 sets of 20 reps for each. My question is should I be doing this daily or every other day?
