Runtastic issue

Anyone else use Runtastic?
I signed up for one of the challenges (to run 20km before mid October). I've run about 9km since signing up but it's not logging in the challenge. Anyone know what could be going on here?

    Check your data on the website. It's possible that your phone isn't sending the data to the servers.
