Oh My What A Big
Apple you have!! I have a digital scale that I just started using this week and was surprised to see how much the apple I had weighed and therefore how many calories it contained. I saw the thread about calorie surprises but never peeked at it..and now I cant seem to find it. But seriously a 200 calorie apple!?!!? :*

Logging Strength Training
Newbie here wondering how you log your Strength Training. Do you list out every single exercise or do you just list the full session based on the amount of time and the number of calories burned? I don't have a fitness tracker YET which is the real reason I am asking. :)

Getting Enough Water
What are some things you do to make sure you are drinking enough water? I can usually get through one and a half tervis of water but then I start wanting something with flavor. What are some tricks for making water easier to drink?
