Logging Strength Training

Newbie here wondering how you log your Strength Training. Do you list out every single exercise or do you just list the full session based on the amount of time and the number of calories burned? I don't have a fitness tracker YET which is the real reason I am asking. :)

    Search for strength training under cardio.

    Ah! Thank you. Easy enough but the amount of calories burned seems lows. Man I need to hurry up and get my fitness tracker.

    Calories burned for strength training are pretty low, though. I don't bother recording it, and if I did it would only be for my own records.

    This. Most fitness trackers aren't going to be real accurate with strength training anyway. There's many benefits to strength training but large calorie burns aren't one of them.
