Cutting back on calories seriously blows. I'm so hungry!
Day 3 of cutting down on cals and don't know how I'm gonna make it through lol. Trying to drop about a pound a week to lose 15lbs of fat. Any tips on how to stay fuller for longer periods of time??

Any breastfeeding moms on here?
Currently breastfeeding my 14 month old and counting calories to lose fat. Anyone know how many extra calories you burn burn a day? Right now my LO is still feeding quite a bit.. maybe 5-7 times a during the day and a few times at night. Any tips would be greatly appreciated:)
