In the summer I lost 20 pounds over a period of a few months. Since then I went off track and am so disappointed. Already I feel worse health wise and about myself. I stopped working out and although I haven't gone crazy eating tons of food or what not. I haven't been eating the best either.
For weighing yourself, which one do you prefer?
Getting it taken out isn't an option right now. Already had it taken in from losing weight prior and now it's too tight. The zipper does go up but barely and feel like if I move at all it may rip. I have 2 weeks to go. I hate crash type diets but any advice or similar stories??
How long were you able to do them when you first started vs now?
I have seen so many of you succeed and that helps me stay motivated. Although I didn't lose 10 pounds for the month which I was hoping, I did lose some inches and being able to see my shape come back a bit. Hopefully keeps happening the next few months ah.
Any ideas? Minus fruit, I'm allergic :(
I'm in a wedding come June and I still have to get my bridesmaid dress taken in. When ordered I wasn't trying to lose weight but even when it arrived it came a little too big around the top. Now that I'm losing weight I'm worried the seamstress won't be able to get it taken in enough? I would have ordered a size smaller or…
And what were they? I'm a newbie. Only on week 2 , down 3 pounds and lots more to go.
Has anyone found Green Tea helped them lose weight? Along with proper eating, etc.
