I also know weight loss isn't linear, that I didn't put on weight overnight so I can't expect it to go overnight - nor should I assume the 2lb gain yesterday is fat as it obviously isn't - just water weight... but... Hey lovely peeps. I'm on 1280 calories a day. I can manage that if i exercise (walk/steps, cycle, swim when lockdown ends etc), but I'd rather not HAVE to rely on those since I'm aware I'm better off not eating *all* my exercise calories. What's everyone's go-to lunches that are filling and around 350 calories? TIA. 😋
