When to take Phentermine?
I have been taking half a pill before breakfast and half in the afternoon. I don't feel any different after taking them. I am always hungry! Is there a better way to take it?

Phentermine makes my stomach growl!
Anyone else experience this? My appetite is not suppressed at all and I am not energized. I've only been on it for a week so my doctor said to give it more time. Has anyone else taken this and had it not work?

What time of day do you weigh in?
I usually weigh myself first thing in the morning but when I got to the doctor, it's usually around 3:00pm and I am always a pound or two heavier even if I have hardly had anything to eat! Is it water that makes the difference?

Will more calories help?
I am on an 800 calorie a day diet (per doctor). I started at 258.5 and have lost 20 lbs in about 25 days. Through exercise, I burn 400-500 calories 3-4 times a week but don't "eat" those calories and I am a teacher so I am moving around a lot. Exercise and weight loss
It seems that the day after a good workout (one that involves cardio and strength training with at least a 500 calorie burn), I don't lose any weight. Is that normal?

Most successful ways to lower blood pressure
For the first time in my life I have high blood pressure (150/86). My doctor is giving me 2 weeks to bring it down to normal (130/80). I am on a doctor mandated diet so I know that will help but what other ways have you seen lower blood pressure?
