Eating when bored?
I'm I the only that does this? I notice on the weekends when I'm not working I find myself in the kitchen looking for some thing to eat. Now luckily I don't have any junk food any more but I noticed I at several string cheese and bananas this weekend. I'm just wondering if in the only one who does this

New to the app
I'm not new to fitness. It's just been about 7 years that ive let myself go. I went from 6ft 180 to 237 in that time frame. I'm already done to 224 in two weeks. Of diet of oatmeal hardboil eggs tuna fish and baked chicken and veggies. I can cut the weight but I need ideas how to keep it off long term.
