I leave eggs ive boiled in the refrigerator after i cook them. I cook 8 at a time for breakfast and lunch

Oatmeal and boiled eggs. I boil eggs 2 times at night and peel them put them in a zip lock bag so its easy in tje morning.

Defac food is ok. Most of it is baked chicken or fish, veggies. also depends on the fob if your on a bigger one breakfast is ok to omlets no chesse boiled eggs otmel ect. Nothing to do but work and work out and sweat

It is possible. Just depends on how far your willing to go to reach your goal. I started April needing to lose about the same about of weight by the end of June. I'm down 15 pounds In 30 days just remember when you log your info in if it isn't truthful the only thing your cheating is yourself

To help with the social amenity part work out at home. Push ups sit ups leg lifts dips you can get a heavy bag and punch it um toe raises weightless squats. That way you don't need to worry about going to a gym. Music has always seemed to help me motive myself nothing like listening to eye of the tiger on repeat

Been there done that. I would always eat my last meal 3 hours before bed no matter what time it is. The best you can do is when on 1st always eat the same time goes for when you work 2_3 shift

Because protein is pushed as a mass builder. Just like extra calories. Not every body type respone the same way.

There are some people who have a hard time gaining mass. I got a buddy of mine who eats twice to three times what I do in a day and is the size of a bean pole. Then there's me who had the work out constantly to keep mine from turning to fat

Do you always do the same work out routine? If so start there. Look at different exercises throw new ones in keep your body guessing once you let your body adapt to your new routine time to change it up again. I eat the same as if I was going to work. I do manual labor so M-F so come the weekend I want to spend time with the kids I don't see during the week. So outside of going outside with them or going to the park I'm at home with them. So no I don't wanna go out spend all weekend away
