Made a big change January 1st to take my life back. Always been big and I finally had that click to make a lifestyle change and completely flip my relationship with food. I was at my highest at 355 and this morning I weighed in at 275. It still freaks me out that it's actually working and that I KNOW this is a permanent change. I hit 300 in high school and it just kept slowly climbing over time. it was a pretty emotional moment when I saw that 299 for the first time in a long while. My goal at the moment is to get to 200. I'm 5'10" for reference.
I'm looking to keep this train going and find motivation wherever I can.
Here's to staying ON the wagon!!
You can see on the graph where I started logging everyday. It helped me understand how much your weight can vary from day to day so I kept from getting discouraged when I would go up a few pounds one day.
