How to count my calories
So my calorie count is 1860 a day according to MFP. I've just been using that for what I take in. So if i burn 300 calories in exercise should i eat another 300 calories to stay at that number. I just don't want to be under nourishing myself.

Hello, I failed my fitness for duty exam at work. Figured it's time to get back into shape. Took a couple years off from working out for some dumb reason. Hope to get done good advice here. Ecspecialy if anyone understands fitness for duty exams. Have 120 days to pass or lose my job.

Keto diet
I've been doing the keto diet for about 1 week now. Starting to feel really good. Went through a couple days with the keto flu but it wasn't too bad. Anyone have any tips on this diet or a good place to get recipes?
