Percussionist and guitar player in progressive rock music..... in the past....Need to lose weight
Trying hard to lose 40+ lbs. Been doing this yo-yo too many times., Time to get in shape.
Trying to lose 40+ to get below 180...Started at 230+
Well, back after 8 months off, injury. But back on Elliptical 1 hour a day 3-5 days a week. Clothes fitting better but not losing the weight. Really trying to watch what I eat. No breads, no rice, potatoes. Lean meats. A lot more protein. Any ideas?
