How often do you dine out? For lunch? For dinner?
I have dinner in a restaurant no more than twice a week. It's just too caloric and stressful to try to eat reasonably in restaurants in order to manage weight. Many of my younger clients use myfitnesspal to track their caloric consumption. Most need to lose between 50 and 200 pounds. My sense is that most commenters here do not fit that profile. For those who don't mind talking about it, what is your goal?

What are your best food products you use to keep your calories low?
My favorite calorie-reducing foods are Egg Beaters, I Can't believe It's not Butter spray, Brummel and Brown spread and Hellman's Reduced Fat Mayo, to name a few. Foods that help me maintain savor and satiety have been so helpful in giving me the ability to maintain my 140 pound weight loss for 30 years.
