Hey! I thought that once you start losing weight the first to notice is yourself and then others will start to notice later. However recently I’ve been getting a lot of people noticing but I see no difference. Any one else have a similar experience?
Does anyone have experience with night shifts. Sometimes I work days and sometimes nights and I’m trying to figure out what days do I track my food and how do I stop overeating?
So I was making a can of mushroom soup today and the can is around 284 ml, but then I add half a can of water and half a can of milk (but I just did all water). The can says 120 calories for 125ml, so is that before the water is added or after? How many calories would be in the full can?
