Hey! I thought that once you start losing weight the first to notice is yourself and then others will start to notice later. However recently I’ve been getting a lot of people noticing but I see no difference. Any one else have a similar experience?

Start taking photos - if you compare them a few weeks or even months apart, you'll be able to see it yourself too.2

Yes!! Although I wanted to lose specifically in my belly, I guess I started to lose in my face!! I wasn’t even looking there lol! Took a long while to notice the belly.
Photos are a great idea. Then you can keep all of us inspired too!!
