Exercising in regards to eating?
I have heard it said that there are better times to exercise and eat. Has anyone found this to be true? Any suggestions? Some have suggested eating before exercise, while others are eat 20 minutes before.

Heart rate faster than usual
I have been running intervals on the treadmill for a few months now. A slow jog at 3.7 mph for 3 min then 5.5 mph for 3 min for a total of 30 minutes.
