Will eating over maintenance once a week cause weight gain?
I'm 5'4, 115 pounds and I'd consider myself sedentary. I eat 1500 calories per day, but I work out 3-4x a week and average 10 000 steps on my rest days. If I eat 2000 calories once a week, would this lead to weight gain?

Calories and macros not adding up. Help?
I decided to calculate the amount of calories I ate based on my macros to see how accurate MFP is. Binged after going 4 weeks binge-free. How to get back on track?
I binged and ate around 3000-4000 calories today. I feel horrible especially since I've ruined a 4 week streak. How do I get over the guilt and start fresh tomorrow? I've been thinking of fasting for 36 hours to reset my taste buds. Any thoughts?
