Should I bulk or cut?
Okay so here’s the dilemma, in my opinion I’m looking pretty skinny-fat and I’m just not sure if i should try to bulk or cut. I’m in between the recommendations for bulking and cutting. Loosing stomach "bump"
Just wondering if you guys have any suggestions on how to reduce the "bump" of stomach fat I have. I've been exercising hard- doing cardio and weights 3-5 days a week. I've seen a difference in my legs- but none in my stomach area.

Cellulite tips
Hey guys, I'm 5'3 137 pounds. Currently eating on a calorie deficit and doing light exercise. Do you have any tips on how to reduce the appearance of cellulite and the roll under my butt? It's definitely what I'm most insecure about.

Going over your calorie count
My calorie allotment is somewhere around 1,360 for the day. I try to hit this amount, but have been going over anywhere from 100-300 calories. I try not to beat myself up over it, but how much of an impact can this really make in the long term?

How long did it take for you to notice a difference in your body?
I'm 5'2 and 134 pounds. I started my diet about a month ago at 140 pounds... I'm not expecting to see a difference yet, but I'm just curious, how long did it take you guys to see a difference?

Calorie and workout advice!
I'm 19, 5'2 and 140 lbs. I've been counting for about 3 weeks now around the 1,200 range after cardio. My cardio is running/walking for about an hour and I usually burn around 300 cal. The first week or two I lost about three pounds, but now I've hit a plateau. Any advice would be appreciated! I'm new to all of this.

Strength training, ect
Completely a beginner here. I do cardio a lot , but I think I need to focus more on strength training/ weight lifting to get the results I need. Problem is I have no idea where to start! Any suggestions?
