Protein intake
Does it matter how much protein you take? According to Bodybuilding.com I'm supposed to consume 149g daily, but according to this app it varies one day it tells me to consume 60g another day 120g another day 45g. Does protein intake affect weight loss?

Workouts while healing from a sprained ankle?
Hi guys so I sprained my ankle (3rd degree sprain) 6 weeks ago and am healing slowly. Was given the ok from my podiatrist to start light exercising, the only thing I have been able to do so far is the stationary bike and weights any suggestions on how I can do cardio without putting a lot of pressure on the ankle? Who has gone over their calorie intake on cheat day??? I did by 1,300! I feel so horrible now. That pizza was yummy though! :D
