Over Christmas and Lockdown I have managed to gain 7lbs. I am eating low carb and usually record 50 (or below) or 60. I'm allowed 1200 calories and lost around 40lbs, but although I'm eating the same diet I'm not losing weight at all. Changing goals
I have been at 153 -156.8 for the last year. My calorie intake is 1240 and carbs no more than 60 on a bad day. Could someone enlighten me is you should change your profile to lower weight and start over again to achieve weight loss enabling me to match MFP goals.
