Could anyone tell me if it is possible to view the food eaten in a week where weight loss was good?Maybe from the first week completing MFP food diary. I have been losing 0.04 for the last 2 weeks and thought if I followed an eating pattern of a week where I lost a pound, or more, might get me started again, still have a couple of stone to lose.

The only way to view more than one day at a time is by using the web version. You may be able to open the full desktop version on your mobile device using its browser app (Chrome, Safari, etc.) to do this, but I have not tried it using my phone.
Using the web version, navigate to FOOD > Food Diary. Scroll to the bottom of any day, then click View Full Report (Printable). Select a date range (there seems to be a limit of about a 30 to 45 day range now); then click "change report."3 -
or in the app, click on nutrition at the bottom of your food diary page
then click on day view/Today, then you can either select a previous day or change it to week view, if you change it to week view then you can scroll through the weeks looking at nutrition or you can click at the top to look at week view for calories, or macros.
You can look to see your previous weeks where perhaps you were under you calorie intake most days, then in your diary go look to see what you ate that week. Similarly in progress you can look to see what weeks you lost the most and then go to your diary and change the date to see what you ate those days.2 -
Thanks. Will try this for sure.1
