  • Hi coming back after a long break (2 stone heavier break :( ) and I can't remember the rule on deficit on calories. Answered questions and allowed 1368 cals, to lose weight do I need to eat below that amount? I do very little in way of exercise as well. Thank you in advance for your relies.
  • Hi back on MFP after having fallen off the wagon and unfortunately I have gained over a stone again. I had been determined to keep weight off but my cravings got the better off me. I'm a picky eater but would really like support with this.

  • Thanks for reply. Unfortunately I can't do weights due to tendinitis or running due to steel plates in ankle. Exercise very limited. 😥

  • Hi I had lost over 40lbs put 7lbs back on which refuses to go away. Maybe not measuring every mouthful but trying to control portions. I log all my food whether it's over calories or not, quite often get message that I'm not eating enough!! Thanks for your reply, any advice appreciated.

  • Hi Dikane8 I have been using the same platform for a couple of years and think it has aided my weight loss. Definitely shapes your body. I do 10 minutes a day on Programme 4 or 5. It will take time before you see the difference but keep at it and you will. All the best on your weight loss journey.
  • I use 30g oats 80mls semi skimmed milk, microwave 2.10mins top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and some blueberries.

  • I use Lidl luxury oats with semi-skimmed milk put into microwave for 2m 20sec add cinnamon and either blueberries, kiwi, strawberries and sometimes a shake of milled seeds (again from LIdl). Just make sure the bowl is deep enough and stir immediately when you lift out of microwave.
