So I’ve had 2 c-sections and now I have what people call “a fanny pack”. Since I’ve started on my weight loss journey (for the second time), I’ve been noticing that it’s very, very slowly changing. That awkward moment in the gym...
So lately I’ve been having these awkward moments in the gym while I’m working out. Sometimes I get people watching me while I’m weighty lifting.
