I know us women, our bodies are somewhat different than men, and as females, we're not as capable as putting on a fair amount of muscle like men. Sure, there’s certain physiological components that men have that allow them to bulk up, that women don’t.
I’ve just started to incorporate strength training into my cardio regimen (Keeping in mind that cardio and strength workouts require different caloric intake amounts). I’ve been noticing small physical changes but most of all, the greatest improvement for me, is noticing the change in my strength and how much I’m capable to do.
I want to hear your guys’ stories so that I can be inspired by you guys! (Feel free to add me too - I’m looking for motivational people in this area of expertise) 😁
