Maybe TMI, and I'm not complaining one bit, but I have just started my journey...the pandemic brought me to drink a lot of beer, and suddenly, I didn't like my figure in the mirror. I was 128 pounds in 2019...and that was up from 105 in 2015...and now I find myself at 138...Yikes...I am working hard to find myself again…

So I have the Skechers with memory foam, I've always thought they were super comfortable. Well since I've been doing 10 to 15,000 steps a day, my heels are killing me. Is it just me or is the Pacer app not correct
I've been using the Pacer app to track my steps and yesterday I did a 5K and I usually walk 3 miles an hour and it said I was walking 0.5 mph.. just curious if anyone else has had issues with that app? I need to find a different app I think.

It's been awhile...but I'm back at it!
