Back again
I have been on this thread before but (I cannot believe this) not for over two years. Lost a ton of weight ..gained it back .....and back on the downward trend. Just want to stay connected and look to the community for support.

Picking up the pace
I have a new tracker that gives me time and distance. I started out with a goal of breaking an eighteen minute mile. I DID IT!!! Personal best time 17:05. Now I really think I can break a 17 minute mile. My route is right at 4 miles. So onward to the next goal.

It was still a success!!!
Today I got into a pair of shorts I hadn't worn for two years. They are kind of a melon color and look fabulous with a Jamie Sadock golf shirt with the same melon accents. I went out to put my clubs in the car and wouldn't you know it...it was just too darn hot for the shirt....so can't show off my renewed outfit…

Cauliflower Pizza Crust
I know that you can make cauliflower pizza crust. Yet, I would prefer to buy it. Anyone know where it is available? It is not at Sprouts. I was able to check that out.

Increasing the pace
I have been walking about 4 miles a day as my daily exercise. I get the rest of my 10k steps in regular day to day activity. I am now walking between 18 and 19 minute miles. My goal to average 18 minute miles. I am older so this will be a stretch, but am going to try. Will keep you posted.

Introducing Myself
Hi, I'm Marge. Not exactly new to MFB. Just restarting. 40lbs overweight. Working with my primary care physician. Taking a prescription drug that seems to be helping. Just looking for success stories and maybe some support from time to time. Hoping I can contribute to the community also.
