I know that you can make cauliflower pizza crust. Yet, I would prefer to buy it. Anyone know where it is available? It is not at Sprouts. I was able to check that out.

I think you have to make it...I've never seen Cauliflower crust sold in stores. You CAN buy the cauliflower already riced...that is the labor intensive part based on the recipes I looked at (never actually tried it though.) Trader Joe's sells riced cauliflower.

Huh, I googles and apparently places do do premade cualiflower pizza crust. I don't know where you are OP, but have a google - I see that amazon has some, if they deliver to you.

I saw it at Amazon..but reluctant to buy on line without knowing the "good until" date. Did not find any sources near me, but not all stores have everything on line. Will check out Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Thanks

I bought some at Whole Foods recently. It was in the refrigerated breads/tortillas/pizza dough section. They had sandwich thins and pizza crust. It wasn't anywhere near as good as homemade and cost quite a lot, but I didn't have to make it or wash the dishes so it was worth it.

    Target also sells riced cauliflower.

If you do decide to try riced cauliflower, I can vouch for green giant riced frozen cauliflower, which you can find pretty much everywhere. I haven't used it in pizza crust yet, but it was perfect for cauliflower tots. (They also have a mashed cauliflower version but I haven't tried it.)

Good luck with finding the premade crust though. If you find a brand, please update, I'd like to try as well. I've been too lazy to make cauliflower pizza lately so I'd be interested in premade crusts too.

Mt supermarket sells riced cauliflower. It's hideously expensive, comparatively, but I still buy it because I HATE the mess it makes doing it myself, even with a food processor (all those little bits getting in my dishwater etc.

they also have riced cauli/brocc blend
