Advice!? Not dropping!!!
So I’m really confused.. I’m eating 1200 cals a day, maybe 100 cals over and sometimes not even that much. I’m working out by running, elliptical trainer etc, but the scales aren’t moving now? Last week the scale jumped up 4lbs and now just won’t shift whatsoever????
