I'm not a very confident person, so I do my exersize routines at home which are usually like this:

-Stationary bike 15 minutes building on resistance gradually
-10 minutes step-ups (using a wii fit board, haha)
-10 minutes jogging on the spot
-10 squats using a 5 lbs weight
-15 minutes stationary bike mid resistance
-8/10 minutes yoga to cool down

I'm looking for other forms of exersize that I can do to help my work out and help weight loss and toning.

P.s I have a discovery fracture in my hip which hinders me slightly, which is why I keep squats and those yoga lunges to a minimum

Add some upper body and core work. Push ups, dips, burpees, maybe some reverse plank and glute bridges. Do you like exercise videos? Find some that use hand weights. They will show you more exercises you can add to your routine.

Find a decent sized weight. 25 lbs for a petite female is a good start.

IF your injury is a problem, just don't squat.

Thanks for the tips! I used to horse ride so I never bothered with exersize but since I broke my leg and had an operation that's resulted in a small discovery fracture, i got lazy and blamed my injuries so much and put on so much weight, so I've genuinely no idea what I'm doing
