My typical breakfast
Blood sugar was 230 this morning. So I decided to skip carbs today as much as possible, Started off with 4 pieces of bacon and 2 Organic brown eggs over easy. Ok, I'll get the ball rolling. My Dr. says I have Type-2 diabetes and told me to take 4 Metformin and 4 Glipizides a day to control my blood sugar. Without taking them my blood sugar would climb to the 350 range right after eating. I am 55 and the last thing I wanted to do at my age is have to start taking pills on a daily…
