Need help hitting my target numbers
I'm new to mfp and have been keeping track of my calories for a few days. I noticed with my normal diet I am lacking a lot of calcium, iron, and potassium, and protien.( Probably why I'm always tired) I don't eat processed things, and mostly healthy whole foods.
