Calculating calories burned
What’s everyone’s take on adding exercise you do to allow extra calories? I am worried I’ll allow too many calories burned and it won’t be accurate so it is better to not include? Thanks

Do most people add their exercise? I feel worried about doing this most days as I’m not 100% sure the calories burnt are accurate. Is it better to leave out?

Help! Weekend away!
I’m away for a long weekend for friends 30th. Booze will be flowing and won’t be a salad in sight. Been back on track for over a week after Christmas and don’t want to have a weekend blow out! Any tips please?!

Christmas binge making me hate myself
So I’ve decided to kick start myself again and do a 5 day no carb challenge. Eaten way too much over past 2 weeks but haven’t stopped training. Any one else have any no carb tips? Thanks

Too many cheat days
Once I have one biscuit it always escalates into a massive binge. I’ve lost about 9lbs and only looking to lose another 5lbs or so. I feel I’m being too lax now. Help! Any tips?

Adding calories from exercise
Hi all I workout 5 days a week and when I input this on to my daily diary it calculates how many calories burned and adds them on thus allowing me more calories to eat. Does anyone else do this or is it best not to and stick to as low calories as possible even though I'm exercising. Thanks
